Stage 1 – Stakeholder mapping and delivery

We have built a broad, representative stakeholder map from industry, policy and civil society

Stage 2 – Consultation and data collection

We have consulted with key stakeholders and interested parties, recording their experiences and insight to ascertain the transport challenges and opportunities facing different sectors and demographics.

The consultation period has involved one-to-one interviews, themed focus groups and workshops.

Stage 3 – Analysis and reporting

Data collected during the consultation and focus groups is being analysed to form findings to create a vision, mission and priorities for the TransiT Hub longer-term.
