
CRISTINA TEALDI

Cristina Tealdi is an Associate Professor of Economics at Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Business School and a Fellow of the Institute for Labour Economics (IZA). She received her PhD in Economics from Northwestern University in 2011, under the supervision of Prof. Mortensen (2010 Nobel Prize winner in Economics).
Her main research interests include labour economics and economics of migration. Specifically, her research activities focus on the theoretical (search and matching models) and empirical study of the economic effects of labour market reforms and the evaluation of the impact of policy interventions.
