Joshua is a Research Associate at Heriott-Watt University focused on delivering user-centric insights into advanced technologies. He previously researched how personalisation can be used within manufacturing environments.
Josh has experience of qualitative and quantitative analyses, alongside programming and design. He has a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction and a PhD in Human Factors and Computer Science, both from the University of Nottingham.
