Seva is a Research Associate in Economics at Heriot-Watt University, having recently completed his PhD examining educational and skill mismatch in the labour market. His research interests further extend to other topics in applied economics, including transportation, gender inequality and two-sided matching markets, as well as the application of machine learning and microsimulation to economic analysis.
