Dr Yen Tran is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University. Yen’s research interests are in the areas of Innovation Management, International Strategy and International Entrepreneurship (IE-IB).
Her current research focuses on:
(1) Organisational and innovation capability development in response to technological changes.
(2) Entrepreneurial mobility (entrepreneurial knowledge and capability development) in emerging markets (multinational corporation spin offs/employee mobility, knowledge repatriation, returnee entrepreneurship, women entrepreneurship and digital internationalisation strategy).
