Kate Sang is a Professor of Gender and Employment Studies with expertise in creating accessible and inclusive work and workplaces. Kate has a particular interest in gender, disability, neurodiversity and intersectionality.
With an emphasis on co-design, Kate’s research has created the evidence bases for better work in a range of occupational contexts. Kate is also committed to transferring this knowledge to addressing the climate crisis, to ensure interventions do not (re)produce existing or new inequalities.
