Anna-Marie Mundt

Research Student

Anna-Marie Mundt is a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Postgraduate Researcher in the School of Social Sciences at Heriot-Watt University. She holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the university, where her research focused on warehouse location decision-making and sustainable logistics, in collaboration with a charity organisation in Scotland.

She also holds a BA in International Business and Management from the University of Arts in Bochum, Germany, with a background in sustainability accounting and corporate sustainability reporting. Alongside her academic work, she has experience in sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation through her pervious involvement with Enactus.

Anna-Marie is passionate about sustainability and how supply chains and logistics can become more environmentally and socially responsible. Her interest lies in sustainable freight transport and decarbonisation, with particular interest in human cognition and decision-making, agent-driven approaches, digital twins and how interventions can shape emergent behaviour across transport ecosystems.
